Vendor Table Pricing

We offer discounted pricing for vendors who reserve multiple tables or help us grow the show by referring other vendors.

Pricing

Table size: 8 ft

1 Vendor Table: $75

2 or More Vendor Tables: $60 per table

Vendor Referral Discount

Refer a new vendor to the show, and both you and the referred vendor will receive vendor tables for $60 each, regardless of how many tables are reserved.

To qualify:

The referred vendor must be a new vendor to the event.

Both vendors must submit their $40 reservation deposit.

The referral discount may be used once per vendor, per show.

Reservation Deposit

A $40 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your Table space. This fee is assessed per table reserved and will be taken out of the overall total. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least two (2) weeks before the event. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will forfeit the deposit.

The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event as outlined in the vendor agreement.
